The Ottawa Senators defeated the Atlanta Thrashers by a score of 5-1 tonight in Ottawa. Jason Spezza, Daniel Alfredsson, Dany Heatley, Brendan Bell and Shean Donovan each scored for the Senators. Senate's Note: Great penalty killing, solid goaltending, and a team that skated for 60 minutes. At least we know the Senators can beat the worst team in the league! In case anyone cares, Antoine Vermette was given the "MONSTER!!!!!!!" of the game. Thank you Pierre McGuire......
