Quick Hit: Team 1200 Makes Me Want To Drink Ipecac

The Team 1200 this morning was discussing the use of a penalty shot instead of a power play.  They brought this up to increase scoring.  They also thought up the brilliant idea of having a 3rd ref watching game film and calling down whenever he saw a penalty that went un-noticed.  Tied into this was the idea that if a penalty was found after the game, it would be given out the next time the two teams met.

Senate's Note:   This is a horrible idea.  Seriously.
